SYNOPSIS

My family and I immigrated from Poland to Austria in 1989. Like a patchwork, I weave in THE LIFE WE SEEK conversations, letters, staged scenes, archive and my own voice-over into a film essay that talks about the process of remembering, the effects of migration and finally the Polish diaspora.
